She still picks every ingredient herself and cooks by feel, not recipe cards. Her daughter Riti keeps one rule: no matter how big MyKah NYC gets, every dish has to taste like it came straight from Mom's own kitchen.

Miss ghar ka khana? Nothing sits pre-made waiting for an order. Once orders close, Mom shops for fresh ingredients and cooks everything by hand in small batches.

Har Curry Mein Proper Tadka
Tadka is the hot oil and spice mix that gives Indian curry its punch. We add it to every single curry.

We Deliver Across Manhattan
Fresh ghar ka khana delivered every Sunday, 3 to 6 PM to homes across Manhattan, from the Financial District all the way up to Inwood.
Order Before the Cutoff
Every batch is cooked fresh for delivery day, so orders close at 11:59 PM on Thursday. That way Mom knows exactly how much to shop for and cook.
